Roof Problems

I guess roof leaks and bad weather go hand in hand. I hope the kid will understand that she's getting a roof repair on the rental for Christmas......

  1. That’s what bad weather can do – roof damage! Through regular preventive maintenance, the damage and costly repairs can be avoided. It’s always a hassle to have roof leaks! You should have the repairs done as soon as possible, or else it might cause greater damage to the entire house.

  2. How bad was the damage to the roof? I hope you only need to do minor repairs to complete the job. The roof is an important structural element in every house. Apart from the walls, the roofs are essential in keeping us safe and warm during harsh weather conditions.

  3. Yikes! That roof damage should’ve been repaired before the rainy season came. Well, look on the bright side: at least it’s not snowing, right? Otherwise, that’ll be more difficult. Repairing your roof when it’s raining is very dangerous. I hope you guys are wearing protective gears.

  4. Roof leaks mean roof repair, though you can think of the money spend as investment to lengthen the lifespan of your roof. Have it repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage, or else the leaks might affect the other portions of your house. Next time, make it a habit to do roof maintenance on a regular basis to prevent this from happening again.

  5. This calls for a better roof replacement. Being more cautious during rainy season is a must in the household. Checking your roof’s problems before the stormy season arrives will be great. Also, checking out the daily weather update will help you to determine when and where to buy the appropriate tools you’ll need for renovations and repairs.

  6. Aside from repair jobs, strengthening your roof will be the best follow-up plan after this damage. Tougher roof is a lifesaver as it can withstand the storms or winds, and can free you from repairs and other related services. How are the ceiling and gutters by the way, they weren’t affected, weren’t they?

  8. A roof leak is a big no-no, especially during the rainy season. How bad was the damage to your roof? You should have it repaired as soon as possible to prevent any further damage. Make it a habit to check your roof regularly for maintenance, so that you will not encounter sudden roof problems anymore. Invest on a quality roof; have it properly maintained and prolong its life span.

  9. Climbing up on the roof on a rainy day is a bad idea. You can easily slip on the wet surface and fall from the roof. But it is a good thing that you had the initiative to fix the roof. However, the next time around, if the problem isn’t urgent, I suggest you find someone to help you out. Fixing the roof is good, but safety is still the number one priority.

  10. I feel sorry about your roof, but that’s what extreme weather conditions can do. I hope you’ve gotten it fixed already. Anyway, the next time your roof incurs damage and leaks, try to fix it temporarily. You can apply roofing plastic cement on it. However, be careful when repairing your roof so you can avoid any accident.

  11. Storms really brings risks and havoc to my roof when they come. I can only hope it can survive all of that. Not a good thing to have a damaged roof.

  13. A bad weather, roof problem and costly repairs - that is what you call STRESS! I had the same experience too years ago, so I know how it feels. I hope the roof was fixed the soonest possible so that it’ll no longer cause any other inconvenience, like leaks, that might damage the rest of the home.

  14. Oh! Roof leaks are sure to give any homeowner a serious headache. And don’t forget the cost of repair – that’s another headache too! Anyhow, how is your roof now? A roof leak, no matter how small, should be addressed immediately. Otherwise, that will surely cause a mess in your house. And when that happens, you can be sure more stress is coming your way.
