A really soft spot.....
We hired Dale Cosand to remodel the decks (on which he did an awesome job!). Here he took time to correct all the roof problems in a little over one day......takes me that long to create a to do list.
I'm in awe of someone with those kind of skills, he was the real artist on the roof today.
That's some serious damage you have there. It's so nice that you found the exact spot of where the damage was. But the best news was you had a very reliable roofing company within your local. The repair was excellent. If you don't mind me asking, are those skylight domes you have there on your rooftop?

Mariam's right, that's really a serious problem. And from the looks of it, it's really bad. The damage affected your insulation, and I hope it's been repaired. So, how's it doing now?

Err, and you expect a little damage that causes the leak? Yes, a little could already be a serious problem. Good thing you've check on it before it lead to far more serious problems like collapsing roof. I hope you schedule a regular maintenance for this roof after the roof artist repaired it.
